Senior Python Backend Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a focus on Python. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Strong expertise in Python and at least one Python web framework (e.g., Flask). Solid understanding of design principles behind scalable applications. Strong OOP (object-oriented programming) skills with clean, organized coding practices. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., Amazon DynamoDB). Understanding of Python's threading limitations and multi-process architecture. Knowledge of user authentication and authorization across multiple systems. Awareness of accessibility and security compliance requirements. Ability to design and implement database schemas supporting business processes. Strong skills in unit testing and debugging. Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git). Passionate, resourceful, self-motivated, and a strong team player. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a highly dynamic hybrid environment.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads on detailed software design based on feature requirements.
- Write reusable, testable, efficient, and scalable code in Python.
- Develop low-latency, well-structured, and high-performance backend logic.
- Integrate user-facing elements created by frontend developers with backend logic.
- Test, debug, and optimize software performance.
- Implement and manage data storage solutions.
