Penerangan pekerjaanAttractive benefits coverage which includes Optical and Dental Modern Smart Office Workspace Review, draft, and manage a wide variety of commercial contractual arrangements with clients, vendors and other third parties across the region, including global and regional master services agreements and other ancillary legal documentation as appropriate Collaborate with in-country and subject matter expert LCPA colleagues to (i) anticipate, identify and address local legal and regulatory issues and develop legal strategies and solutions; and (ii) analyse a broad range of laws and regulations affecting the operations of the business, including those arising from corporate structures and business models Collaborate with other members of LCPA teams globally to create, update and maintain template agreements and implement process development. Manage access to technology used for Legal & Compliance purposes on Sharepoint, Teams and other relevant platforms Organize and maintain legal templates, precedents, playbooks, and databases for the LCPA team. Support the LCPA team to prepare presentations, reports, legal analytics and communications Provide administrative and logistical support to the LCPA team. Manage internal reporting processes (tracking and collating information, reminding deadlines). Maintain up-to-date legal knowledge and assist with tracking relevant new laws and regulations Maintain and update internal knowledge databases and legal templates Advice colleagues on the correct forms and templates to use and point colleagues toward relevant LCPA resources on rules and procedures. Assist with preparing training materials and scheduling training Assist with implementing best practice global and regional legal and compliance programs, risk assessments, and executing against action plans. Support the wider LCPA team with internal projects and various commercial and compliance matters Above all, exercise sound judgment Diploma or Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); 4 to 6 years of experience preferably with a good mix of legal and compliance work Relevant experience at a law firm or in-house legal department, with exposure to corporate and commercial contracting and processes Strong technical and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint). Experience in Power BI and Power Automate is a plus Effectively able to prioritise work by understanding competing demands and making appropriate judgments regarding relative importance Able to take initiative, is proactive and confidently able to take ownership of matters and develop self Excellent drafting skills Excellent data management, organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to manage expectations well Strong commercial acumen with an ability to deliver clear and pragmatic solutions Ability to effectively identify risk issues and escalate upwards, as appropriate Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and tasks We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
