Blending Assistant

Job Description :

We're looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Blending Assistant to join our production team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products are blended with accuracy, consistency, and care—maintaining quality standards at every step of the process.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in all blending processes of products in a timely, organized, and hygienic manner.
• Follow instructions provided in the Weighing Log and ensure lab testing approvals are completed before transferring products.
• Maintain product quality as top priority and ensure all records / log sheets are documented accurately and on time.
• Ensure weighing of raw materials is done with accuracy, precision, and correct materials. (Expired raw materials not allowed without Management approval.)
• Maintain proper storage, cleanliness, safety, and precaution of all raw materials.
• Ensure blending processes, equipment, and facilities are always clean and well-maintained.
• Communicate effectively and support teamwork with other departments.
• Train and support new trainees in the Blending Department.
• Provide backup support for Batching or other departments when required.
• Carry out any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
