Main Purpose of the Role :
Generating data from the system, and compilation of data for daily / weekly reports as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assisting in new product listing procedures & product launches.
- Communicating with suppliers & following up on promotion submissions and buying income submissions.
- Filing & compiling documentation when needed.
- Prepare, generate, and analyze sales report update sales by category update, stock holding days, etc.
- Compilation of promotion List in stores and online and Off Shelf Display Planning
- Product display list update by Monthly
- Supplier account opening / closing and follow up with suppliers (offer list compilation, ad-hoc promo, or changes, etc.)
- Liaise with other departments such as the Supply Chain for stock ordering and Marketing for promotion plans.
- Communicate with the project team on any installation of new / refurbished stores.
- Other tasks include preparing memo to the Operations team, product recall action plan & memo, prepare new listing items.
Qualification and Requirement :
Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Retail Management / Statistics / Business or 1 to 2 years (s) working experience in retail / merchandising.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Inclination to data analysis, project management, and good organizational skills.Good interpersonal, communication skills and good team playerComputer literate in Microsoft Office software such as Excel is necessary.
