The candidate should demonstrate strong legal acumen, leadership qualities, and the ability to independently manage files and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage legal files with minimal supervision.
- Provide strategic advice and legal solutions to clients.
- Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents and agreements.
- Supervise junior legal staff and contribute to firm development.
- If experienced, handle end-to-end conveyancing transactions including SPA, loan documentation, and property-related advisory.
