Our AI-driven Learning Management System, Adroit, powers impactful learning experiences globally. With the launch of Xaltius Academy Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia, we are expanding our pool of HRD Corp–Approved Trainers to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant training in Data and AI.

Role

We are seeking passionate and experienced Adjunct Trainers in Data and Artificial Intelligence who are HRD Corp–approved. The trainer will be responsible for delivering structured training programs to professionals, graduates, and corporate learners in Malaysia. This role involves both online and onsite facilitation, with a focus on engaging delivery, hands-on projects, and industry alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions (face-to-face and / or online) in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Facilitate workshops, practical exercises, and real-world case studies to enhance learner engagement.
  • Customize training delivery to suit different learner groups (fresh graduates, mid-career professionals, corporate teams).
  • Support the development of training content, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
  • Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in Data & AI.
  • Ensure compliance with HRD Corp requirements, including attendance, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HRD Corp–Approved Trainer certification (compulsory).
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • Proven industry experience in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related domains.
  • At least 2–3 years of training / facilitation experience (corporate training, higher education, or bootcamps preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI / Tableau, Machine Learning frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and AI applications.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt content delivery to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience delivering corporate training programs in Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with HRD Corp claimable training structure and compliance.
  • Ability to guide learners through hands-on projects aligned with industry needs.
  • Passion for education, mentorship, and continuous learning.
