This is a full-time, on-site position based in Johor Baharu for an Assistant Marketing Manager. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing the brand's presence across digital and traditional platforms, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with sales and product teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and managing budgets to optimize marketing ROI. Additionally, the role includes creating reports to track campaign performance and providing actionable insights to drive results.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Brand Management, and Product Promotion
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation
• Skills in Data Analytics, Market Research, and Trend Analysis
• Strong Communication, Collaboration, and Client Relationship Management abilities
• Project Management and Budgeting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in FMCG or the beverage industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in English, including both written and verbal communication
