Senior Specialist, Product Management (Marketing Services)

The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Senior Analyst to support the commercialization and delivery of key CA&E services and platforms—including Marketing Services, Rewards, Offers, and Personalization—across Asia Pacific. This role will work closely with Product and Services Business Leads, Account Managers, and cross-functional teams to support sales enablement, go-to-market planning, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about driving customer value through scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy Support

Assist in aligning sales strategies with customer and market needs across Asia Pacific.

Design visually compelling presentations and sales tools that clearly communicate product value.

Contribute to the preparation of materials for client engagements, including pitches, joint value initiatives (JVIs) and RFP responses.

Partner with Product Management and Sales teams to support the execution of sales plays and enablement activities.

Work with Sales to understand customer needs and help embed them into product solutions.

Conduct research on competing solutions and market trends to inform positioning and strategy.
