Engineering Lead / Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Seven (7) years of related experience is required; Five (5) years of equivalent industry experience is preferred. Familiar with ISO9001, IATF 16949 quality management systems, and tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, etc.; Experience in engineering project management, training and cross functional coordination. Proficient in using MS Office, AutoCAD, Proe Creo and other software;
Multi-skill professional in Business Development, Quality, Procurement, SW Test and Project Management
Key Job Accountabilities :
- Lead the capture of customer requirements, determination of BOM structure, and development of the Product Control Plan. Define product tooling strategy.
- Ensure manufacturing readiness of assigned customer product using the APQP process.
- Serve as the technical expert for customer inquiries, lead design for manufacturability discussions, and assist the customer in resolving problems, coordinating for SME support as needed.
- Conduct product-level improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Support efforts to identify root causes of failures and develop short- and long-term action plans for CAPA.
- Provide routine technical support to manufacturing personnel, answer technical questions, and lead real-time analysis and resolution of customer / product related problems.
- Make decisions on rework versus scrap as needed by operations.
- Responsible to manage engineers, evaluating subordinate’s potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring they receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.
