Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers, understand their needs
• Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and current promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and building rapport with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

Will require travelling within JB itself in different departmental stores (Parkson)
