Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Manager for Ajiya Safety Glass Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in driving new business development and expanding the company's customer base.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and identifying new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, and researching potential customers
  • Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the company's offerings
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers
  • Developing and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the company's brand and products
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content, such as brochures, website updates, and social media posts
  • Gathering and analysing market data to identify trends and inform the company's sales and marketing strategies
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the glass or construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully prospecting, pitching, and closing sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including the use of digital and social media platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
