Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Monitor and manage company expenses, claims, and petty cash.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external parties as required.
- Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or equivalent).Good knowledge of accounting standards and statutory requirements.Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Note : Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
