Senior Designer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Designer with strong expertise in digital and social design to elevate our creative output, especially for pitch designs. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual concepts, layouts, and designs for pitch presentations, campaigns, and digital assets.
• Oversee and manage all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• Create original pieces including illustrations, infographics, static / animated banners, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate with creative leads, marketing, and design teams to refine and execute design strategies while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Review and provide guidance on junior designers’ work to maintain high quality.
• Refine images, fonts, layouts, and apply strong typography techniques.
• Plan and design websites, microsites, landing pages, and digital funnels, ensuring functionality, usability, and engaging user experiences.
• Develop interactive content such as mini-games and contests for web and mobile platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects while translating creative content into impactful visuals.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creativity and innovation.
