Assistant Manager, SAP Development Lead

The Development & Integration Lead is responsible for driving timely and high-quality delivery of development and integration work through established change management processes. He / She will collaborate with vendors to ensure the smooth operation of SAP and non-SAP applications, and work closely within the IT team and users to identify system gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for SAP ABAP, BTP, and Integration Suite (CPI), including interfaces with non-SAP systems across local and regional business units.
• Design, develop, and test complex ABAP solutions for projects and change requests, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate integrated solutions involving third-party systems such as NewsPage DMS and Microsoft Fabric (Power BI).
• Leverage deep technical expertise and industry best practices to deliver application solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams to design, develop, and implement effective SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage service operations, including incident, problem, and change management, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
• Deliver change requests and enhancements within scope, budget, and timeline, including preparation of relevant documentation.
• Partner with project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business and functional requirements.
