Perpetual Memorial Park, established in 1994, is Johor's trusted private memorial park, providing comprehensive bereavement care services. We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to acquire customer service, tomb project coordination, and telemarketing while ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Service walk-in customers, promote products, and respond to product / service queries.
  • Maintain customer accounts, handle complaints, and provide solutions.
  • Perform telemarketing for new product initiatives and ensure sales processes follow SOP.
  • Monitor and inspect tomb construction progress, attend Lipi and 100th day ceremony).
  • Assist with unloading materials, check granite supply, and ensure smooth construction.
  • Collect artwork information from customers, prepare sales agreements and quotations.
  • Collect payments, and update customers on tomb progress.
  • Manage sales reports, update leads, and ensure timely order processing.
  • Maintain partnerships with agents and business partners, sending promotional materials and gifts.
  • Prepare annual sales reports and agent analysis.

    • Job Requirement

  • Possess at least a SPM / STPM in any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin reader is a must as need to liaise with Mandarin speaker internal & external customer.
  • Required skills : Communication & listening skills, Business etiquette, Detail oriented, Organizing skills and servicing skills.
  • Willing to work at Kulai, Johor.
  • Training will be provided for selected candidates.
  • Housing allowance provided for eligible candidates to support daily or relocation costs.
