Qualifications & Experience We are looking for driven professionals who bring both expertise and leadership :
Member of a recognised accounting body (preferred).
Minimum
2–5 years’ audit experience , ideally at a senior or managerial level.
Strong knowledge of
auditing principles, standards, and compliance requirements .
Skilled in
audit software and relevant tools
(training will be provided if necessary).
Excellent
analytical skills
with the ability to identify risks and provide insights.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Leadership qualities
to guide, motivate, and develop team members.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit teams in planning, executing and completing audits in compliance with standards.
Assess internal controls, risk management, and operational processes for effectiveness.
Provide recommendations to
enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance .
Review and analyse financial statements and reports to identify risks and irregularities.
Build strong relationships with clients and regulators.
Stay current on
industry best practices and regulatory changes .
Mentor and train junior auditors, fostering their professional development.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations.
