Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 1–3 years of proven experience in video editing, post-production, or related roles. Experience in creating educational and training video material is a plus. Familiarity with AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Sora, D-ID, HeyGen, etc.) is a plus. Portfolio submission is mandatory – please include a link to your portfolio in your CV. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Creative eye for visual storytelling, including framing, composition, and color grading. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Video Editor and creative team for pre-production, including conceptualizing, planning, scripting, storyboarding, creating a production timeline, and directly engaging video content for various platforms.
- Produce high-quality video marketing and educational content for different format sizes (LMS, social media, website, etc.).
- Edit video content independently or collaboratively, ensuring it aligns with brand identity, campaign objectives, and platform requirements.
- Assist the Video Editor in managing post-production workflows, including rough cuts, revisions, and final exports.
- Maintain consistency in visual style, pacing, and storytelling across all content produced.
- Source or create supporting elements such as motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and transitions.
- Ensure timely delivery of video assets, managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
