1) PROCESS ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing, optimizing and managing production processes to ensure high-quality output, efficiency and cost-effectiveness particularly in precision engineering and aerospace projects.
- Ensure process compliance and quality control through documentation and standards adherence.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineers to establish Process Control Plans (PCP) and appropriate inspection methods.
- Support the development and execution of new projects and First Articles (FA) submissions.
- Manage and maintain ISO documentation and quality management systems in line with company objectives and continuous improvement goals.
- Formulate detailed production process plans for Aerospace projects, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct R&D activities related to new product testing, process trials, and innovation.
- Monitor and control production costs while driving productivity improvements and process upgrades.
- Carry out any other tasks or assignments as and when deems fit and appropriate.
Requirements
Degree / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.SPM / SKM with at least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing or related field will be considered.Technically inclined with strong problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage project timelines, costs and risk associated with process improvement initiatives.Results-oriented and team player.Good interpersonal and communication skill.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.2) CNC PROGRAMMER
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Responsibilities :
Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis milling and turning, contribute to process improvements, support new project development and ensure that all machining programs meet design specifications, production efficiency, accuracy and high quality.Troubleshoot and improve machining processes by optimizing cutting parameters, tool selection and cycle times.Support the development of new projects and First Articles (FA).Carry out any other tasks or assignments as and when deems fit and appropriate.Requirements :
Degree / Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.SPM / SKM with at least 3 years working experience in a manufacturing or related field will be considered.Technically inclined with experience in multi-axis CNC machining.Proficiency in CAD CAM Programming will be an added advantage.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Team player with good interpersonal and communication skill.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Job Type : Permanent
