Penerangan pekerjaanA successful Senior AP Specialist (KR / JP) should have : Proficiency in Korean or Japanese, both written and spoken, to facilitate seamless communication. Korean : TOPIK Level 4 and above Japanese : JLPT N2 and above Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable is preferred; candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Degree or Diploma required Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and best practices. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with accounting software and tools commonly used in the professional services industry. Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary in the range of MYR 99,000 to MYR 11,5000 annually, depending on experience. Language allowance Permanent role with opportunities for career progression. Exposure to a large organization within the professional services industry. Collaborative and structured work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
- Handle invoice processing and payment approvals, adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Korean or Japanese to resolve discrepancies and inquiries.
- Reconcile AP accounts and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve AP workflows.
- Prepare periodic reports on AP activities for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations.
- Support the team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
