• About the role :
• We are hiring for the exciting position of Senior P2P Specialist within our Accounts Payable team to join our multi-national Financial Business Services in Kuala Lumpur.You will report into the APAC P2P Manager supporting on all Accounts Payable responsibilities within the shared service centre.This role is hybrid, with a working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
• Responsibilities :
• Processing vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) accurately, making payments and responding to AP queries.
• Investigating and resolving any invoice discrepancies with relevant parties on a timely basis.
• To ensure the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of the transactions processed as per BSI’s SLA and KPI.
• Reconcile supplier statements to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the purchase ledger.
• Actioning month end tasks in collaboration with the Financial Accounting team.
• Performing other duties as and when delegated, including back-up, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc tasks.
• To be successful in the role, you will have :
• Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within a Shared Service environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SAP and PO Systems will be an advantage, including processing AP invoices.
• Good in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
• Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
