Production Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanProduction Planning : Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource allocation. Team Management : Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork to achieve production goals. Quality Control : Monitor product quality and safety standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Safety : Conduct tools box talks and identify any gaps that’s need to be improved. Consistently engaged with team to ensure safety of workplace. Budget Management : Oversee production budgets, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within financial constraints. Process Improvement : Identify areas for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure all RCA was conducted effectively and action plans implemented accordingly. Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and address any production-related issues. Minimum education level - degree in Engineering courses Able to write and communicate in English and Malay People management skill Experiences in production operation Root Cause Analysis Kaizen and 5S
Overview :
- To manage the production of manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- To lead and coach engineers to continue strike for improvement and Production System implementation
