Job Summary
The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of an F&B coffee café outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards. The role requires strong leadership, effective team management, and the ability to drive outlet performance to achieve sales and profitability targets. Vacancies are available at various locations, including Puchong Jaya, Selangor, and Sungai Long, Kajang.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring smooth workflow and service excellence.
- Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with food handling regulations.
- Ensure stock management, including ordering, receiving, and controlling inventory to minimize wastage.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
People Management
Lead, train, and motivate outlet staff to deliver high-quality service.Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.Resolve staff issues in accordance with company policies.Customer Experience
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.Financial & Business Performance
Achieve outlet sales, profitability, and performance targets.Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and banking procedures.Analyze outlet performance and implement improvement plans.Support marketing and promotional activities at the outlet level.Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, safety, and hygiene regulations.Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and staff performance.Prepare and submit reports to the Area Manager / Operations Manager.Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field preferred.Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B / retail management (coffee chain or quick-service industry is an advantage).Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence.Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
