About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive to join our team at JME Distribution Sdn. bhd., a leading distributor of automotive products in the Perak and Selangor region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
Presenting our products and services effectively to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns
Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet or exceed your individual sales targets
Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other\'s efforts
Providing valuable insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What we\'re looking for

At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the consumer products industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales

Highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis

A driven and competitive spirit, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
