Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with a consultative sales approach. Identify business needs and present tailored cybersecurity / IT security solutions. Generate qualified leads and work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and business owners. Resolve customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and solutions. Meet performance metrics including conversion rate, sales targets, customer satisfaction, and first call resolution. Accurately log interactions and maintain records in CRM systems. Qualifications

1-3 years experience in B2B tech / IT sales (lead gen or inside sales). Experience with cybersecurity / IT solutions or strong technical understanding. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation platforms. Exposure to customer or technical support roles (a plus). Tech-savvy, consultative, and target-driven. Strong communication & rapport-building skills. Benefits
