Job Description Summary

The Service Sales Coordinator (Technical Services) plays a key supporting role in service sales operations for ANZ / NZ. This position is responsible for coordinating service contract renewals, managing end-to-end order processing, and ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity across systems such as SAP, ServiceMax, and SFDC ACE. Acting as a key liaison between customers, country sales teams, and internal stakeholders, the Service Sales Coordinator ensures smooth operational execution, timely invoices, and high‑quality customer support. This role also contributes to sales funnel management, revenue reconciliation, and data clean‑up initiatives to maintain the accuracy of installed base and warranty records.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track service contract renewals for ANZ / NZ accounts.
• Prepare Sales Level Agreements (SLAs) and send service contract materials to customers to drive timely renewals and conversions of service contracts.
• Review and coordinate customer purchase orders, discounting, billing plans, and pricing agreements with the country sales team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage end-to-end order processing activities, including :

Instrument purchase orders and warranty set up in SAP-CRM

Data Accuracy & Documentation Organization
