- Key Responsibilities
- A. Regulatory and Financial Reporting
- Preparation of regulatory & finance reports
- to ensure the accurate and timely preparation and filing of various business and regulatory reports for the Bank.
- Ensure all reporting is in
- compliance with all regulatory requirements
- , Company policies and procedures, and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Participate whenever required in the
- research and implementation of new and revised regulatory reporting requirements
- Prepare the terminal movement report (repurpose terminals)
- from the TVM report.
- Prepare the merchant active rate report
- (Active & Inactive merchants based on monthly Terminal Performance Report).
- B. Data Integrity and System Administration
- Perform the validation data from the TVM closing report
- Handle
- MIS / BIAU & database relevant tasks
- , specifically compiling the merchant profile from
- Ascend base & sales volume report.
- Produce and store organized work, audit trail, and relevant working files.
- Update and track the record of projects
- from the consolidated base.
- C. Process Improvement and Documentation
- Recommend related procedural changes / process improvement opportunities
- to streamline processes, anticipate problems, and enhance the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the reporting process.
- Prepare and maintain current, accurate, and detailed procedures
- in a standard that meets regulatory standards.
- Provide the supporting documents to EY
- for the (MDF) Tap on Phone Merchant Programme PY2023.
- D. Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate the reporting and data needs to stakeholders
- and ensure their adherence.
