OUS Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic Mining Process Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing production output through effective plant design, technical evaluation, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop process flow diagrams, instrumentation layouts, and technical documentation that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of efficient plant processes to optimize mining output.
- Deliver technically sound results with minimal rework, aligned to project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and performance monitoring of production systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment and workflow issues to minimize downtime.
- Uphold safety and health compliance, proactively identifying production risks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes and equipment for maximum efficiency and quality.
