Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee all key projects from inception to execution, with background in Program Management too. The Project manager is responsible for Planning, Monitoring & Executing projects including stakeholder management, business requirement gathering supervising team members, maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines. Previous experience in managing Compliance, Endpoint devices and infra will be considered as added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To be successful as a Project Manager you must be highly organized. A good Project Management team member can multitask successfully under pressure and handle multiple projects

• Oversee, manage, facilitate, and execute the delivery of Infra, Endpoints, Collaboration & Communication and Compliance driven projects
• Potential experience running Classic and Agile approach
• Helping the team achieve a high level of performance and quality, holding teams accountable for their work, removing obstacles, and mentoring less experienced team members
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients requirements and how best to respond from an infrastructure or end user perspective – taking into consideration their past experiences, their immediate challenges, and their strategic roadmap.
• Planning – collaborate with stakeholders to develop a project management plan to deliver the infrastructure solution as designed, on time and to budget – and in accordance with the banks infrastructure delivery lifecycle process.
• Manage product roadmap and prioritize the backlog
• Works on prioritized work by the product owner in the sprint.
• Focus on essential components of the project and let go of unnecessary or distracting work.
• The ability to thrive and remain calm under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Identify customer needs and feedback to the product owner during the course of the project
• Ensuring availability of required resources to deliver projects to the agreed time line and budget.
• Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
• Continuously track Project Plan to explore any possibility to go faster
