Job Responsibilities :
- Assist the Compliance Manager in planning and monitoring the department’s annual work plan.
- Assist in maintaining and reviewing of compliance‑related policies, processes and procedures to ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines issued by regulatory authorities.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing compliance reports for tabling to the various Committees.
- Review, update, distribute, and brief employees on the Personal Dealing Policy and the Compliance Manual.
- Provide advice on compliance matters, including investment management and transactions carried out by directors, employees and other relevant stakeholders of the Company.
Job Requirements :
Degree in any discipline.Minimum 6 - 7 years’ experience in regulatory compliance related role, legal or audit.Prior experience in a financial institution or relevant industry is preferred.Knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks related to the capital market industry is advantageous.Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Possess good writing skills with strong command of English, both written and spoken.Able to work independently with minimum supervision and deliver within tight timelines.Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level
