Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking someone who is capable of managing project from initiation to completion.This includes liaising with clients, planning and organising project deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery.The successful candidate should also be an effective communicator among team members and stakeholders, experience with overseeing a team and providing solutions to any arising issues and maintaining the overall performance of the project.

What you will do :

• Work with Sales and Account Management teams to contribute and occasionally lead the creation of proposals, understand deliverables, and contribute to discussions on new business opportunities, upsells, and client briefs with the sales team and internal stakeholders
• Lead the conceptualisation of influencer marketing strategies based on client briefs, ensuring alignment with campaign goals
• Analyze performance data to provide clear, actionable insights. Deliver regular reports and post-campaign analysis, comparing results against industry benchmarks
• Utilize knowledge of paid media in campaigns and proposals to optimize both campaign execution and results
• Ensure effective budget management and margin tracking throughout campaigns
• Confidently assess influencer value based on campaign KPIs, negotiate competitive rates, and build strong relationships with influencers
• Oversee and guide a team of project executives, ensuring efficient execution of campaigns and alignment with each campaign’s objective
• Be the overall in charge of ensuring processes are adhered to and quality standards are maintained from the aspects of influencer curation, content reviews, project management, and communication among various parties
• Being the go-to source for advice within the team in Malaysia given your strong understanding of influencer marketing campaigns and processes
