Job Summary
The Sales Ambassador at Maven Perfume is responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness and visual appeal. As a frontliner, the ambassador will pitch products confidently, manage the cashier system responsibly, and represent the brand's values through professionalism and initiative. This is a junior-level role ideal for individuals passionate about retail, fragrance, and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Outlet Operations
Open and close the outlet as per SOP.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet at all times.
Handle tools and POS items with care and responsibility.
Sales & Customer Service
Confidently explain and pitch product offerings to customers.
Recommend additional items based on customer needs.
Provide a positive and helpful customer experience.
Visual Merchandising
Arrange and display products neatly.
Ensure all price tags are correct and visible.
Replenish shelves and displays regularly.
Cashier Handling
Operate POS system accurately.
Handle payments (cash, QR) and give correct balance.
Perform cash drawer balancing if required.
Daily Sales Reporting
Submit sales report and key feedback in WhatsApp group daily.
Highlight best-selling items and noteworthy customer insights.
Experienced Required
0-2 years in retail or sales environment.
Experience handling cashier and POS system preferred.
Customer-facing experience is an advantage.
Able to work to meet sales targets
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Own a transport & able to rotate at least 2 different outlet

Pay : RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
