In This Role You Will :

Execute and fulfi l end user's access, device and network related issues and provide solutions quickly to ensure productivity is not impacted
Facilitate and resolve operational tools related issues / escalations from end-users within the agreed SLA.
Facilitate queries from other departments to ensure the correct steps are taken to achieve their goals with minimal risks and impact to the company's operation while complying to company and IT audit regulations.
Prepare and share necessary documentation for processes and procedures which can be used as an easy reference by end users.
Maintain control measures when and where needed to ensure compliance to regulations (PCI-DSS / RMiT).
Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.

You're A Great Fit If You Have :

4+ years of relevant working experience in IT Support

Experience with Identity Access Management

Knowledge about IT policies and IT governance

Ability to communicate clearly with end users on solutions and workarounds

Ability to manage end user communication

Able to troubleshoot teleconferencing devices

Able to manage IT inventory

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fi eld; OR Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fi eld, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
