Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

To support our expansion, we are seeking well qualified individual to join our dynamic team as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist .

Job summary :

This position is responsible for supporting the manager in managing recruitment activities across multiple functions and locations in Asia. Based in Penang, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in executing day-to-day recruitment tasks, sourcing candidates, and coordinating the hiring process to meet business needs. The role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent.

You are expected to :

• Support the manager in end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Post job advertisements, screen applications, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate communication.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update recruitment records and reports using the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements :

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with job portals and ATS tools.

Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines with attention to detail.

A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
