SAP FICO – Group Reporting

About the Role

Good knowledge of integration to related modules / sub‑modules is required to understand end‑to‑end business processes, create test scenarios, and perform testing independently.

Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance and Support

Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP S / 4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, ensuring system stability and performance; troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FI, CO, and SAP Group Reporting solutions; support data integration, consolidation, and reporting; ensure data integrity and compliance with financial standards and regulations.

  • Configuration and Customization

    • Configure and customize SAP modules to meet business requirements as part of bug fixing or change requests; implement changes and enhancements to SAP systems based on user feedback and business needs.

  • Collaboration and Communication

    • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other business processes; communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

    RTR – General Requirements

  • Good knowledge of integration to other related modules / sub‑modules to understand end‑to‑end business process and work independently to derive test data / scenarios and perform testing.
  • Ability to lead and / or facilitate discussions, engage stakeholders, and drive positive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Pro‑active, resourceful, able to rally members to collaborate and deliver tasks assigned in a timely manner.
  • Willingness to work based on client business days and office hours and on rotation basis to support critical or high priority requests after office hours.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

    • Is There a Match?

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP projects and / or application support, specifically with SAP S / 4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
  • Experience delivering solutions on SAP Public Cloud, SAP Private Cloud, or SAP S / 4 On‑Premises platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA Finance processes : New GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Cost Controlling, Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Profit Center Accounting.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S / 4 HANA Finance Group Reporting.
  • Good integration knowledge with MM, SD & PP, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues for FI and CO modules.
  • Proven experience in implementing / supporting SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP‑related issues.
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA configuration tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SAP certification in FICO or Group Reporting is preferred.
  • Preferred experience in ITIL methodology.
  • Knowledgeable in ITSM tool (ServiceNow or similar) for ticket management.
