Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UIUX designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Set clear goals, conduct regular design reviews, and ensure consistent design quality across all deliverables.
  • Manage workload, timelines, and priorities within the design team.
  • Facilitate skill development and performance reviews for team members.

Design Strategy & Execution

  • Define and implement the design vision, strategy, and processes to enhance product usability and aesthetics.
  • Translate business objectives and user insights into intuitive design solutions.
  • Drive user-centered design thinking across all stages from research, wireframing, prototyping, to final UI design.
  • Maintain design consistency through component libraries, design systems, and brand guidelines.

    • User Experience & Research

  • Oversee user research, persona development, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to improve product experience.
  • Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive UX practices.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Communicate design concepts and rationales effectively to stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support product roadmap discussions and contribute to feature prioritization based on UX impact.

    • Quality & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest UIUX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation in design processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Ensure all design outputs meet business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.

    • Job Requirements

  • Bachelorâs Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 4â8 years of experience in UIUX design, with at least 2â3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and team leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
