Responsibilities
- Work closely with lead and mentor to develop, maintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for consistent quality output
- Track and report specialists' qualities performance, offering insights and perform root cause analysis
- Prepare weekly quality related reports with root cause analysis, trends and findings for specialist to understand individual reports and mentor to understand business related issues
- Work closely with lead to conduct new hires training and upskill training for existing team member
- Allocate time weekly to process tickets to understand current ticket trends
- Any other tasks that assigned by superior
Requirements
Diploma’s degree and above in any discipline;Minimum 6 months of experience as subject matter specialist, quality assurance or relevant position.Preferrable with experience in account review, fraud or risk detection, or a similar experiences.Strong problem solving skills and proactive approach to business challenges.Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written) languages.Personal Attributes : A team player with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Adaptable, with a focus on continuous improvement ,detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of service quality.Seniority Level
