About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Leader to drive our agriculture technology projects. This role requires someone who is both technically competent and people-oriented, with strong skills in demonstrations, presentations, and team leadership. You will lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring targets are met, while working closely with internal teams, customers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage agriculture technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
• Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, and training sessions for clients, partners, and government bodies.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders, customers, and at events to promote products and solutions.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance, bridging communication between technical specialists and customers.
• Travel frequently across Malaysia (and occasionally overseas) to support projects, demonstrations, and customer engagements.
• Build, manage, and motivate a project team to achieve performance and sales / implementation targets.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present results to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical, operations) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Drive continuous improvement, identify opportunities, and provide feedback to enhance products and services.
