Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to join our dynamic Finance Performance & Analysis (Performance Reporting) Assistant Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate and insightful management reports.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate quarterly financial and operational reports for management review. Perform in-depth variance analysis to highlight performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to special projects, including performance & management reporting process improvement initiatives and ad hoc analysis as required.
Forecasting and Budgeting
Develop and prepare Annual Operating Plan and, or any quarterly or half-yearly revised forecast.Assist in consolidating group forecasts and budgets, ensuring all assumptions are validated and projections are robust.Collaborate with stakeholders to challenge and refine inputs, supporting the development of reliable financial & operational plans that align with strategic objectives.Supporting the budget control processes for the group.Support analysis and ad-hoc requests whenever necessary.Business Partnering & Tax
Support various departments by providing insights and analysis on forecasts, and budget matters.Build strong working relationships with various departments to support the budget control processSupport & monitor tax incentive program for the group.Support tax matters on transfer pricing.Qualifications
A qualified Finance professional with approximately 3-4 years of experience, spanning across finance or analyst profession.Exhibit strong communication, analytical and commercial skills, with a collaborative and innovative mindset showing enthusiasm for an inclusive and diverse work environment.Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.Good understanding of financial planning & control and budget managementHigh analytical capacity, critical thinking and strong planning / prioritization capabilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround timelinesAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word and PPTSeniority level
