Senior Accountant and Finance

Position : Full Time

Industry : Beauty & Wellness (E-commerce)

Your Responsibilities :

Handle full sets of accounts for assigned entities with accuracy and timeliness.

Review AR / AP transactions and ensure proper postings.

Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and overseas currency accounts (including forex).

Prepare monthly P&L reports, balance sheets, variance analysis, and assist with SST submissions, audits, and tax queries.

Conduct reviews of accounting records, internal controls, and cash management.

Recommend process improvements for local / overseas entities.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian and international accounting standards.

Assist in monthly group consolidation, budgeting, and reporting.

Support audit and tax reviews for subsidiaries.

Prepare financial presentations for board / regulatory use and provide data analysis for decision-making.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or professional certification (ACCA, CPA, MIA).

At least 5 years of financial accounting experience, with overseas / multi-currency exposure preferred.

Audit background (Big 4 or mid-tier firms) is an advantage.

Experience in Ecommerce, Retail, or MNCs is highly valued.

Proficient in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial controls, and multi-currency accounting.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Language : Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with regional stakeholders.
