Overview

Hiring Company Industry : Specialist in providing eye care services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends; Develop and implement merchandising strategies to promote company products.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor the performance and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Supervise the team daily operation and documentation process, resolve discrepancies in documentation and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Prior related work experience and with team management abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement and distribution processes.
  • Proficient in using retail POS and inventory management system.
