Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, coach, and inspire the regional sales team to deliver exceptional results.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers, prospects, and authorized agents.
Provide technical advice and support to clients on product applications and solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights for senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Drive pricing strategies and ensure compliance with approved pricing profiles.
Oversee credit control and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
Participate in strategic planning with senior leadership to shape the division's future direction.

The Successful Applicant

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

10-12 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the cable or electrical industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Highly organized with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and drive a high-performance culture.
