Overview
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products / services and enhance the company's brand presence in the market. You will be responsible for overseeing various marketing activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving successful campaigns to achieve the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall objectives and target audience.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis to develop a competitive edge.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across different channels (digital, print, social media, events & etc).
- Ensure campaigns are on time, within budget, and meet performance metrics and KPIs.
- Brand Management : Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and identity through consistent messaging and visual representation.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Digital Marketing : Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Analyze data and insights from digital campaigns to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Team Management : Lead and motivate the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Delegate tasks, set clear objectives, and provide guidance to team members to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor expenses and ensure all marketing activities are within the approved budget.
- Partnerships and Collaborations : Identify potential partnerships and collaborations that can expand the company’s reach and increase brand visibility.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Performance Analysis : Track and analyze marketing metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- Customer Relationship Management : Understand customer preferences and behavior through data analysis and feedback to improve marketing strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, (Masscomm), Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience at least 1 year in marketing / communications fields; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as job training will be provided.Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior.Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong project management and organization skills.Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Available to work during weekends and be on-the-screen (if required).Have a car / motorcycle as travelling is required to site and meetings.Willing to work on-site at Lot 60, Batu 11, Jalan Cheras, Kajang.Good in speaking and writing of English language.Able to lift heavy stuffs, hands-on for some duties e.g. installation of products.SOME PERKS OF WORKING WITH US
