Self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently. Possession of a valid driving licence and own transport. We’re expanding our team and are looking for a high‑performing Senior Product Specialist to drive growth, strengthen customer engagement, and champion our product portfolio in the market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers.
- Conduct effective product detailing, scientific presentations, and therapeutic discussions.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive account penetration strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the marketing team.
- Support product launches, CMEs, RTDs, workshops, and other scientific activities.
- Ensure timely follow‑up on orders, listings, and customer requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
- Mentor junior reps where required and demonstrate leadership in the field.
