Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate records.
  • Arrange job assignments for technicians and coordinate their schedules efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Generate and submit service reports to clients in a timely manner.
  • Process and prepare quotations based on client requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Team as needed.
  • Create and publish engaging marketing posts on Facebook weekly to promote company services and build brand awareness.

  • Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and coordinate efficiently with the Project Team.
  • A positive working attitude with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in both Malay and English for effective communication.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Canva for document and design preparation.
