Duties & Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update the customer database to ensure accurate records.
- Arrange job assignments for technicians and coordinate their schedules efficiently.
- Schedule appointments with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Generate and submit service reports to clients in a timely manner.
- Process and prepare quotations based on client requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Team as needed.
- Create and publish engaging marketing posts on Facebook weekly to promote company services and build brand awareness.
