Event Management
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing client events & activations.
- Research resources, make site visits and lead pre-event meetings when necessary to help make decisions about event design.
- Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials.
- Oversee client experiences from conception through post-event, managing on-site preparations, production, and event breakdown, ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases.
- Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.
- Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise on the event day.
Marketing & Branding
Develop content calendars, campaign ideas, and marketing proposals.Manage our own brand and client\'s social media platforms and create engaging content.Manage social media scheduling, posting, and basic community engagement.Work with designers / freelancers to deliver creatives, videos, and visuals.Track campaign performance and prepare reports.Client & Project Coordination
Serve as day-to-day contact for clients on assigned accounts.Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.Maintain organized project timelines, checklists, and follow-ups.Business Support
Assist in pitching ideas and proposals for new projects.Help identify upselling opportunities for existing clients.Support the management team in ad-hoc tasks.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business management, hospitality, event management or any related discipline.Experience as an event planner or coordinator is an added bonus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in written and spoken English.Willing to travel with last minute arrangements.Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to handle pressure under tight schedules and make split-second decisions.Financial savvy, with the ability to adhere to plan budgets.Creative thinker, team player, and willing to be hands-on during events.Flexible with working hours (including evenings / weekends during events).Opportunity to work with international clients and vendors.Adapt to different countries\' working culture.Travel around the world where the event takes place.Learn about different industries and its latest market updates.Be open to involvement in a dynamic era.Additional Information
