Accounts Receivable Officer

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage collection of all payments and debts, respond to student enquiries and process invoices.
• Handle accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare financial and management reporting for the group of companies Formee Holdings and supporting the parent company SCEI, SCEI-HE.
• Perform bank reconciliation, credit card statement reconciliation, daily cheque issuance, and daily collection activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Update monthly aging reports.
• Coordinate with overseas operations as needed.
• Ensure accurate student data entry into the financial module and complete data records.
• Communicate well within the team to ensure internal deadlines and reporting or planning expectations are met.
• Work closely with departments to resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Provide guidance and management support to the finance team when necessary.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties relevant to the role as requested by the immediate supervisor.
