We’re looking for a Sales Manager with strong FMCG experience to join our team. This is not a typical “big team” role — it’s designed for someone who is ready to take ownership, work independently, and drive growth hands-on. It’s an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager in FMCG who is ready to step up into a management role with more autonomy and responsibility.

You’ll handle end-to-end sales execution : listings, trading terms, trade promotions, and distributor management — no middle layers.
You’ll get the chance to shape the brand’s presence in Malaysia, driving modern trade, key accounts, and distribution directly.
You’ll work independently — this is a single contributor role, so it suits someone who is confident managing accounts, solving problems, and moving things forward without needing constant support.
Key Responsibilities
Secure listings, negotiate trading terms, and manage promotional activities with key retailers.
Plan and implement trade promotions and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Identify new opportunities across channels and expand distribution footprint.
