- Draft and distribute correspondence such as emails, memos, letters, notices, and forms
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
- Arrange classroom materials and learning resources to promote independence, creativity, and collaboration
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure well-being of all children in the classroom
- Provide information about program features, study modes, and career opportunities to prospective students and parents
- Advise on tuition fees, scholarships, and payment options, and assist with enrollment procedures
- Coordinate training and professional development programs for staff
- Assist with implementation of performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback
- Support payroll processes and related benefits administration
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation
- Ensure smooth office operations and proper record-keeping
- Design and layout user interfaces for websites or digital platforms (if applicable)
- Edit and enhance multimedia content and conduct usability testing to refine designs
- Monitor trends and propose ideas to improve social media presence
- Meet recruitment targets and follow up with prospective students from inquiry to enrollment
- Attend education fairs and promotional events
