Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Working experience in Cobol and SQL.
- Experience in database management is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate and align multiple parties.
- Self-driven and highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of business-related applications to ensure system stability and reliability.Diagnose and resolve application incidents and system failures promptly to minimize service disruption.Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, upgrades, and business process improvements.Participate in on-call and night shift support rotation as required.Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and service continuity.Application Questions
