Our client is a leading insurance provider, in partnership with Glints, seeking a dedicated Operations Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our claims operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and outstanding communication with our clients. Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the claims processing team. Accurately input, update, and manage customer data within our proprietary systems. Assist in the meticulous review and processing of insurance claims, adhering to strict guidelines. Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to gather necessary information and provide clear, timely updates on their claims status. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous process improvements. Maintain strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and insurance regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For

Must be proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin

to effectively support our Mandarin-speaking clientele. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-service orientation. Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or customer-facing role. (Experience in insurance or financial services is a must!). Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data entry accuracy. Proficiency with standard computer software (e.g., MS Office) and an ability to quickly learn new systems. A self-motivated team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards. We Offer
